Taniuchi Laboratory was established with funding from Hitachi High-Tech to develop innovative imaging technologies. Our new electron microscope, the ultra-resolution laser photoemission electron microscope (laser-PEEM), represents a groundbreaking imaging technique. Unlike conventional electron microscopes, it enables high-throughput imaging, chemical identification, non-destructive inspection, and operando observation.
